Reporting to General Manager Digital Output and Radiology Systems
About the Medical Film and Printing Systems Group:
A broad product portfolio that services the radiology, digital output and mammography markets with film, printers and image/information systems. MFAPS provides the customer with a complete solution to support the transition from film-based to digital radiology.
Responsibilities:
Deliver P&L goals for the assigned product portfolio; track product performances (volumes, prices, manufacturing costs, inventory level, quality) against plan and lead corrective / improvement actions working with R&D, Manufacturing, Service and Regional Teams.
Apply in-depth knowledge and expertise of competitors product characteristics (features, manufacturing costs, reliability / quality) and market performances (share, prices) to define optimum criteria for new product development and to support growth plans development with regional teams & mktg.
Apply in-depth knowledge and expertise of the market evolution in the different Regions, anticipate future customer needs and work with regional teams and mktg. to identify potential business opportunities both within (growth plans) and beyond (new product development) current portfolio.
Lead the development and execution of strategic product / service roadmap working with regional, R&D, Marketing and manufacturing teams to generate demand in desired market / customer segments and guarantee sustainable competitive advantage (features, reliability and cost) and market leader position for CSH.
Work with Marketing and Business Research to coordinate and implements Voice of Customer (VOC) with the objective to get insights on changing needs in the medical printing markets.
Responsible for customer satisfaction and quality of products within portfolio. Coordinates corrective action of quality or customer satisfaction issues and develop in-depth expertise regarding customer satisfaction through formal business research and sales/service input.
Assist Regional Business Managers by identifying opportunities and strategies for products outbound marketing regarding promotions, pricing strategies, and channels. Serve as domain expert by reviewing and editing all marketing communications.
Create and foster a business environment of teamwork which drives accountability, commitment, execution and stretch.

Education and Experience:
Degree in Engineering or related business field.
